Warm enough yet

The entire Gulf Coast is wondering what the Hurricane Season of 2011 will bring. Reeling the aftermath of previous storm years, and the devastation of our economy due to the drilling moratorium and BP Oil Spill. Will we yet face another hurdle in our paths, and if so how many and to what avail? The temperature of the Gulf increases daily, with no relief in sight from the heat. After devastation and loss what does it take for the community to recover, how long does it take for the economy to level out from the boom and influx...and is there ever truly a leveling or does it just crash after all the false positive?
